Construction Specifications

  • Foundations Under reamed pile foundations
  • Walls R.C.C. Framed structure with walls 9" thick external walls and 4 ½ Thick internal walls with cement Mortar Plastering.
  • Flooring Vitrified Tiles.
  • Doors Entrance door-Teak wood frame and shutter. Remaining Doors-Teak wood frame and flush shutter.
  • Windows Teak wood frame with teak wood shutter fitted with glass and M.S Grills for Safety.
  • Kitchen Granite cooking platform, 2’-0" height Glazed tiles dado and sink is provided.
  • Electrical Wiring Concealed copper wiring, suitable for 3 phase supply. Electrification with adequate light and fan points and provision of socket of standard make. Stand by generator for 2 lights and 2 fans for each Flat.
  • Taps Secco or equvalent taps are provided.
  • Paints Internal Emulsion Paint over putty external Cement Paint to entire Flat. Doors and Windows and iron grills with enamel paint.
  • Parking Free parking to one car is provided in Stilt floor.

*Power, Registration and any other extra Eminities are provided at buyer's cost. VAT and Service Tax Extra. The Builder may change the specifications during any stage of constructions and their decision shall be final and this is not in the scope of agreement.

Payment Schedule

  • 5%

    of the cost of the flat at the time of booking of the flat

  • 15%

    of the cost of the flat before one month from the date of booking at the time of Agreement

  • 10%

    of the cost of the flat after completion of the stilt floor slab

  • 10%

    of the cost of the flat after completion of ground floor slab

  • 10%

    of the cost of the flat after completion of First floor slab

  • 10%

    of the cost of the flat after completion of Second floor slab

  • 10%

    of the cost of the flat after completion of Third floor slab

  • 10%

    of the cost of the flat after completion of Fourth floor slab

  • 10%

    of the cost of the flat after completion of all internal brick work

  • 05%

    of the cost of the flat after completion of all internal & external plastering

  • 05%

    of the cost of the flat at the time of handing over
